1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AWClub ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the AWClub platform, including access to the website, mobile app, games, sports betting, and all related services.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any AWClub services, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out herein. This acceptance takes effect immediately and continues throughout your period of use.

AWClub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the AWClub platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Non-citizens or non-residents of countries where access to online betting platforms is prohibited under local law.
• Not subject to any court order restricting you from participating in wagering activities.
• Never been suspended or banned by AWClub or any related platform previously due to fraud or breach of terms.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

AWClub reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete. AWClub's decision regarding eligibility is final.

3Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) AWClub account. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as it appears on your official identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and reachable email address.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Bank or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

AWClub enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide a copy of your identification document (MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and other relevant documents. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge. 4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Regarding deposits:

• AWClub does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from an account registered in your own name.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

AWClub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read and understood before acceptance. The following general rules apply to all AWClub bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the terms of the relevant offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members registering for the first time. Duplicate accounts are not eligible to receive any bonuses.

6General Betting Rules

All wagering activity on AWClub — whether sports betting, online casino, game lobby, bingo, or e-sports betting — is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled except under exceptional circumstances as determined by AWClub.
• AWClub reserves the right to void or cancel the outcome of any bet in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

7User Conduct and Prohibitions

AWClub users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully toward all parties on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or using illegally obtained funds for deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, insulting, or using abusive language toward other players or AWClub support staff.
• Abusing the bonus system or devising wagering strategies intended to exploit promotions illegitimately.
• Disclosing other players' personal information without their consent.

AWClub uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. Any violation may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. In cases of fraud or illegal activity, AWClub reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8Account Termination and Closure

AWClub reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Your own request to close the account.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, AWClub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credits, bonuses, or unclaimed wins. In cases of closure for other reasons, valid deposit balances will be returned to your original payment method once all investigations are concluded.

9AWClub Liability Limit

AWClub strives to keep the platform operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AWClub is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or scheduled system maintenance.
• Delays or failures in financial transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond AWClub's control.
• Any actions or decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform.
• Any lost profits, indirect losses, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, AWClub's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim. AWClub makes no guarantee that betting activity will result in profit.

10Changes to Terms and Contact Information

AWClub reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be clearly displayed on the platform or sent via email to registered users at least three (3) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

By continuing to use the AWClub platform after updated Terms take effect, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate tribunal or court in Malaysia.
